Can be translated as "Sea Avenue". It is avenue by the sea, with some restaurants and caffés along the way. If you continue west, you will reach "Avenida Marginal", which leads to (and is a part of) Ponta Delgada city center. This makes it a very popular option for Ponta Delgada habitants for running, biking, or just walking along the sea breeze.
